About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with children implementing specific treatment plans designed to address their behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA clinician
  • Work 1:1 with children to address their behavioral needs
  • Perform appropriate management to ensure the child's safety
Requirements
  • Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
