About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to join our team at Nextaff of Sacramento Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide Cognitive Behavior Therapy for individuals with Substance Use Disorders, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient goals, preferences, and progress.
  • Document patient progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
  1. Active license in the state of California.
  2. BLS/CPR Certification.
  3. Copy of Negative TB test/Chest X-ray.
  4. Familiarity with EMR, EHR systems.
  5. Ability to build rapport with patients, fostering a compassionate and supportive therapeutic environment.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to patients and colleagues.
