Garnet Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our Nutrition Food Services team at Garnet Health Medical Center-Middletown. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nutrition care and support the health and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans that address patients' medical, psychological, cultural, spiritual, ethical, and social needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support patients' nutritional needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices to ensure evidence-based care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition/Food Service Management, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- 2 years of experience in a hospital setting or nursing home preferred.
