We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Business Operations Specialist with 5+ years of experience in business analysis. This role requires expertise in cybersecurity, compliance, and audit processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience with control definition, regulatory objectives (PCI, SOX, GDPR, GxP), and MS Office (Word, Excel). Strong technical writing and documentation skills are essential for this position. Prior experience with requirements elicitation, gap analysis, process analysis, and Visio or similar systems is required. The remote Business Analyst duties include elicitation and documentation, gap analysis, process analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder communications.
