About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty
  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques to achieve sales targets
  • Participate in team selling and contribute to achieving store sales volume and metrics goals
  • Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and other projects as needed
Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend, squat, and twist
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders to reach merchandise and supplies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
What We Offer
