About the Role
The Registered Nurse - Occupational Health Expert will be responsible for providing comprehensive occupational health services, including employee health screenings and services, post-offer assessments, and workers' compensation case management. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with multi-disciplinary teams.
You will work closely with the worker's comp TPA claims representatives to represent the organization regarding WC claims. Your expertise in OSHA and other regulatory bodies will enable you to maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment for patients and coworkers.
This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practices, with familiarity with MS Office Suite products. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, providing communication to supervisors, managers, and leaders as required, and timely reporting of any exposure, testing, and monitoring of employees and outcomes.
You will work collaboratively with other departments to promote health and safety for employees, physicians, and volunteers. Your commitment to excellence in customer service will ensure that all employees receive timely and effective support.
