We specialize in tailored dementia and behavioral care for residents with cognitive impairments.

Your Impact


As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:

  • Provide exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compassionate care.
  • Supervise the daily activities of assigned nursing assistants.
  • Operate in compliance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations as directed by the Director of Nursing.
  • Ensure that all nursing personnel under your supervision adhere to the established policies and procedures of the facility.
Qualifications


To excel in this role, you will need:

  • An active LPN license in your state of residence.
  • Current and valid CPR certification.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with excellent organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Outstanding technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
