Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver Direct Support Professional, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with meal preparation and nutrition
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide transportation and accompaniment to appointments and activities
  • Document and report on individual's progress and needs

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (in some positions)
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors
