Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Education in Upland, CA.

About the Role:

Soliant Education is committed to providing exceptional speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the communication development and academic success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Therapy: Administer speech and language therapy to students with a range of communication disorders, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific goals and objectives of each student.
  • Assess and Evaluate: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for students' speech and language development.
  • Document Progress: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of student progress, communicating updates to parents and staff as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid SLP license in California or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Experience: Experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
