We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team at Clementine West Linn. As a key member of our treatment program, you will play a vital role in supporting adolescents struggling with eating disorders and their families on the path to recovery.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and intervention to clients, aligning with their treatment plans.
  • Facilitate healthy connections among clients and the treatment team.
  • Assist with meal preparation and supervision, modeling healthy eating habits.
  • Participate in therapeutic groups and develop core skills to enhance clinical growth.
  • Conduct regular rounds and provide observations to ensure client well-being.
  • Occasionally, transport clients to off-site appointments and activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting.
  • Valid state-issued Driver's License with a safe driving history.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented approach.
