• Provide direction and guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
• Administer medications accurately and in compliance with company and federal guidelines.
• Implement resident care plans in accordance with physician orders and company policies.
• Perform treatments and accurately document resident charts.
• Participate in shift reports and maintain a safe working environment.

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
