Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the Facilities Maintenance Specialist is tasked with preparing units to meet market-ready standards in alignment with Peak Living's expectations. The typical work schedule is determined by community requirements and may include weekends and after-hours emergency support.
Key Responsibilities
Execute make-ready maintenance tasks. Fulfill assigned work orders while ensuring adherence to Peak Living standards. Support building and communal area upkeep. Contribute to the preventative maintenance program and oversee property equipment.Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent GED. At least 1 year of experience in general maintenance within a property management context. EPA and CPO certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in general maintenance skills (e.g., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.) Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Benefits of Joining Peak Living
