**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals according to Parkhurst recipes and standards.

The estimated salary for this position is $15 per hour. With experience, the pay rate can range from $13 to $16 per hour.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce the batch cooking method.
  • Maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service period, utilizing production sheets.
  • Ensure proper line presentation and follow all HACCP guidelines.
  • Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using clean as you go techniques.
