Job Title: Occupational Therapist PRN

Job Summary:

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist PRN to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient function and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
