Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant

We are seeking a highly qualified CNA to join our dynamic team in Kingsport, TN.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the health and well-being of employees within various nursing settings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent patient care, including assistance with daily activities and personal hygiene.
  • Respond to patient calls, assess needs, and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, food intake, and urinary/fecal output.
  • Gather information from medical professionals about patient conditions and treatment plans.
  • Remind patients to take medications and supplements.
  • Stay updated on CNA training and adhere to facility policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
  • Current CPR (American Heart Association).
  • Nursing degree from a CNA program.
  • CNA License.
  • COVID Vaccination/Valid CPR/Health Documents/License/Physical BLS.
