Home Health Registered Nurse Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health care to clients in Yadkinville, North Carolina.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN to join our team and provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing medical and nursing care to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide medical and nursing care to clients in their homes
  • Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
  • Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures as ordered by the physician
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Qualifications
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
  • Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
  • Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
