Exciting Opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Specialist in South Florida

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Specialist to join our team in South Florida. As a key member of our boutique law firm, you will have the opportunity to work on high-stakes cases involving complex commercial litigation, white collar investigations, and discrimination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Litigate complex commercial cases, including trials, depositions, and witness preparation.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop effective legal strategies.
  • Collaborate with our talented team of attorneys and staff to achieve client objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation, white collar investigations, or related fields.
  • Top academic credentials and/or experience at a top-tier law firm.
  • Federal clerkship experience is a significant plus.
  • A proven track record of success and a strong desire to work in a boutique law firm setting.
  • Ideal candidates will have solid connections to Florida and be open to relocating or obtaining a license to practice law in Florida.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.
