CrossMed - Cath Lab Job Description

At CrossMed - Cath Lab, we are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team. This is a travel job opportunity in Tampa, Florida, with a duration of 13 weeks. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift schedule. The job requires a strong technical skillset, with the ability to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating departmental equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse personnel while maintaining a positive demeanor and professional appearance. The job also requires cognitive demands, with the ability to manage frequent interactions with the public and customers and meet deadlines under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, transporting patients as needed, and monitoring and evaluating patients before, during, and post procedure. The job also requires maintaining cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies. The successful candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited school and at least 2 years' experience in the field. Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
