As a member of our team, you will find fulfillment in assisting our clients with the management and upkeep of their facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of facilities, ensuring both interior and exterior areas are maintained efficiently and safely.
  • Oversee the arrangement of furniture and fixtures, including setup and dismantling for various events.
  • Handle equipment and debris safely, regularly lifting and transporting heavy items.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
  • Ensure consistent and punctual attendance to fulfill work obligations.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned based on the location.

Qualifications:

  • Previous custodial experience is preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with best practices in facility cleaning and maintenance.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks, and lift heavy items.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to foster relationships in a diverse environment.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. or more.
