Caregiver (Overnight)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Care Partner to join our team at Laketown Village Residential Care and Memory Care.

Shift Options: NOC & Shift 3

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Encourage socialization and engagement among residents through activities and events.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience working with older adults, preferably in a care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance.
