Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time position at a school district near Aurora, CO.

This role involves working with K-5 students in a center-based program, focusing on those with intellectual disabilities, some of whom use devices.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments for students to identify their communication needs.
  • Attend and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to develop and implement student plans.
  • Provide direct and indirect services as outlined in the IEP, including speech therapy sessions and consultation with teachers and parents.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure student progress and success.
  • Document and track student progress to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Colorado.
  • Experience working with students with intellectual disabilities is preferred.
