Key Responsibilities- Provide flexible nursing support to inpatient and outpatient units, ensuring seamless patient care.
- Assume responsibility for patient care management, utilizing the nursing process to deliver evidence-based care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, documenting findings and developing individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient physiological data, intervening as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate records and monitoring for side effects.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Deliver patient education and support, promoting patient empowerment and self-management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of nursing practice and patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong foundation in adult patient care.
- Current RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate Compact RN License (eNLC).
- Basic Life Support certification, with ACLS certification required within three months of hire.
- Experience in critical care, medical/surgical, or procedural areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies.
