Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Lead to join our team at GXO. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing operational processes, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment
  • Review workload and assign tasks to employees to maximize productivity
  • Train and coach warehouse team members to improve performance and provide developmental opportunities
  • Utilize warehouse management system to maintain accurate inventory levels and work documents
  • Establish and maintain exceptional customer service standards
  • Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • 1 year of SAP experience
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime
  • 1 year of experience as a supervisor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
  • Take a reach truck or cherry picker to a height of 23+ feet
  • Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
