Job SummaryChipton-Ross Inc. is seeking a skilled Shipfitter to join their team in Pascagoula, MS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair bulkheads, wood, and metal articles, interior wood finishes, cabin accessories, wood, and metal deck structures.
- Responsible for the proper mounting of furniture, racks, and bins, partition bulkheads, decorative ceilings, and false decks, as well as other outfitting items.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Joiner or related craft experience in shipfitting, carpentry, or sheetmetal.
- Ability to pass the Tacker Certification test.
- High School diploma or equivalent, Master Tech Certification.
Work Schedule:
- 5/40 workweek.
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift.
