Position Overview

The selected Contractor will provide a qualified Facility Planner (FP) with the necessary training and expertise.

This role mandates a current Top Secret security clearance.


Key Responsibilities
  • The Facility Planner will deliver a weekly forecast schedule in accordance with PWS Section 2.3.
  • The FP must have a solid background in routine facility management, upkeep, and repair operations.
Required Qualifications

The FP should have, at a minimum, experience in the following areas:

a. Crafting resource-optimized work schedules across various shifts
b. Collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and governmental entities
c. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
d. Familiarity with Microsoft Project
e. Experience with CMMS

This position requires a current Top Secret security clearance.
