• Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook a variety of plant-based dishes following established recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Menu Development: Collaborate with our kitchen team to create new menu items, improve existing ones, and stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends.
• Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, including food safety, sanitation, and inventory management, to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Experience: Proven track record as a vegan cook in a fast-paced restaurant or similar setting.
• Culinary Skills: Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, practices, and food safety regulations.
