About the Role

As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to building systems
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with 4-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Universal CFC certification and any other required licenses or certifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
