Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ARMHS Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our community-based care team, you will provide in-home services and telehealth to adults with mental health conditions, working closely with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health skills services in the home to help adults manage symptoms of their mental health condition
  • Maintain a caseload and meet billable hour requirements
  • Provide culturally sensitive services and work collaboratively with clients and families
  • Document services and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in department clinical supervision and other meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field
  • At least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in delivering services to adults with mental illness, substance use disorder, traumatic brain injury, or developmental disabilities
  • 30 hours of additional training on mental illness, recovery and resiliency, mental health de-escalation techniques, co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse, and psychotropic medications and side effects
