About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse/Nurse Consultant to join our team at Feliz Healthcare Center. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality care to our residents in a Part Time Intermediate Care facility for developmentally disabled (ICF/DD) setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to residents with developmental disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
