**Job Summary:**

The LPN Team Leader will be responsible for providing exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests, and fellow employees. This includes facilitating positive employee relations, supporting department goals, and ensuring proper resident care is being delivered by CNA's and Restorative, Bath Aides, etc.

**Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and assess the care of residents
* Administer medications and treatments as directed
* Ensure quality care and teamwork in the household
* Facilitate positive employee relations and support department goals
* Provide exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests, and fellow employees

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
* 1 year of long term care experience preferred
* Current nursing licensure/or permit to practice nursing in the state of South Dakota required
* Must complete IV/Venipuncture of LPN Expanded Role Program, if graduated before 1990
* Maintains current CPR certification

**Work Schedule:**

* 6:00am-6:30pm, every third weekend, every third holiday; 72 hours every 2 weeks

**Pay:**

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$22.75 - $31.50 per hour
