Job Summary

Red Rock Behavioral Health Services is seeking a skilled Mobile Crisis First Responder to provide crisis support and stabilization to youth and adults in the Red Rock coverage area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and be able to work collaboratively with a team to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to crisis calls and provide support and stabilization to individuals in need
  • Develop and implement crisis/safety plans to help individuals maintain safety in the community
  • Collaborate with URC staff, CSU, Transport, and Licensed Mental Health Professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Complete paperwork and billing as required
  • Travel to the community to meet face-to-face with individuals as needed

Requirements:

  • Must meet one of the following parameters: current BHCM II Certification, Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field, RN with Behavioral Health Experience, or equivalent
  • Commitment to the mission of Red Rock BHS
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
