We seek an entrepreneurial business leader to assume the role of President/CEO for two of our network companies within the restaurant sector in New Jersey.
As a president of a Teamshares network company, your primary responsibilities will include enhancing profitability and effectively transitioning the business to employee ownership. You will engage actively in the business, taking full P&L responsibility, and overseeing business strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the president of two small enterprises in the restaurant sector.
- Oversee all aspects of business strategy, operations, and P&L management.
- Lead a skilled team of existing employee owners.
- Collaborating with the bookkeeper to make informed decisions regarding ongoing expenses and capital investments, enhancing efficiencies, and establishing business metrics.
- Driving business growth through marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and the development of new product lines and accounts.
- Managing HR-related matters, including staff disputes, employee performance evaluations, compensation, and bonuses.
- Evaluating business practices and promoting opportunities for team and growth.
- Building relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
- Partnering with Teamshares and fellow shareholders throughout the transition to employee ownership, coaching them to embrace an owner's mindset that fosters improved business outcomes and company culture.
- Acting as a growth leader who enjoys collaborating with employee owners to enhance company operations and expand revenue streams.
