Ophthalmology Physician Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat eye disorders and diseases
  • Perform surgical procedures to correct vision problems
  • Prescribe medications and eye drops to treat eye conditions
  • Conduct routine eye exams and provide preventative care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in ophthalmology

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an ophthalmology residency program
  • Board certification in ophthalmology
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
