Job Title: Therapist - PHP/IOP

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our PHP/IOP team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Therapist, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide comprehensive social services and therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary staffing and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on mental health topics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mental health treatment.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a PHP/IOP program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Knowledge of cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based treatments.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
