  • Perform lube oil filter services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections as required to ensure accurate diagnoses and repairs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both internal and external.
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition and ensure a safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Receive service assignments from the service writer or service manager and complete tasks within the allotted time.
  • Set goals, develop skills, and continuously increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed after each job completion.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical qualifications by completing any required training programs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet company production and quality standards.
Working Conditions:

Lube Technicians will be required to move throughout the company facility throughout the shift and may spend time outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend/twist/stoop, kneel/squat, lift over 50 lbs., and reach overhead.
