Job Title: Unit Manager/RN Supervisor

Care One Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Manager/RN Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our home care team, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction and supervision to our nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical direction and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring individualized care and attention to patient needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including NJSDOH and JCAHO standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of New Jersey
  • 3+ years experience in home health care, preferably in Nursing Supervision
  • 5 years in Nursing Management
