We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Technician to join our Weatherization team at Community Action Partnership Lancaster and Saunders Counties.

The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the building trade, with knowledge of weatherization procedures, products, and terminology. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and certifications such as Lead Safe RRP, OSHA-30, and BPI Crew Leader must be obtained within 6 months of employment.

Estimated Salary: $22.29/hour + $1,000 Training Incentive

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and assess buildings for energy efficiency.
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions.
  • Install energy-efficient materials and equipment.
  • Ensure all work meets funding source requirements.
