Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Raymond Management Company. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests and servers, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Help guests select food and beverages by presenting menus and answering questions, providing excellent customer service and building rapport with guests.
  • Total charges, issue bills, and process payment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide exemplary guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making every guest satisfied, promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Continuously promote, communicate, and embody the RMC culture, upholding our values and standards.
