- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
- LA licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Current CPR certification, CPI Certification, and FIM Certification.
