We are in search of a Reverse Logistics Operations Supervisor who can inspire excellence within their team. Typical Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient daily operations of the facility.
  • Develop and manage work schedules.
  • Lead the team, providing training and coaching to enhance performance.
  • Monitor service quality to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold an understanding of the company’s quality standards.
  • Comply with the GXO 7S program.
  • Maintain effective communication with leadership, team members, and other departments.
  • Execute continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

To be considered, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and familiarity with computerized scanning equipment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as required, including both planned and unplanned overtime, which may involve weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related discipline.
  • 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in an AS9100 or ISO certified environment.
  • Background in Third-Party Logistics (3PL).
  • Familiarity with Just in Time (JIT) fiber labeling.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to:

  • Lift objects of varying shapes, sizes, and weights.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Reach (including overhead), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.
  • Handle tools or equipment safely.
  • Tolerate hot or cold working conditions.
