Key Responsibilities:- Order Fulfillment: Direct the filling, loading, and checking of product orders for retail customers through the management of team associates.
- Team Development: Train new team associates and ensure understanding of organization and operation policies and service guidelines.
- Productivity and Efficiency: Define productivity expectations and monitor progress regularly to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of orders.
- Employee Engagement: Coach, direct, and counsel team associates on overall performance, identify opportunities for employee development, and recommend performance improvement requirements.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Participate in the recruitment and hiring of team associates.
- Safety and Compliance: Attend monthly safety meetings, participate in online training courses, and maintain a safe working environment according to company and OSHA regulations.
- Operational Performance: Achieve all operational performance metrics as required.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
Physical Demands: This role requires a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping. Additional hours may be required during peak periods. Capable of working flexible hours, including overnight, early morning, and/or late evening shifts. May require working at heights of 8 feet or greater and lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 56lbs.
