We're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for preparing and baking fresh bread and pastries for our cafes. If you have a passion for baking and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you

• Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet the needs of our cafes
• Maintain high standards for flavor and quality, using 100% real ingredients
• Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
• Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
• Step in and support your manager and team

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of baking experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Passion for baking and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
