Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at PURIS Proteins. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for driving reliability performance and improving asset capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve asset reliability and availability
  • Manage the Predictive Maintenance (PdM) program and Condition Monitoring (CMMS) output of inspection schedules
  • Identify opportunities to improve process, planning, or performance through analysis of work order flow, project demands, and expectations
  • Review utilization and cost data to recommend corrective actions to reduce costs
  • Provide technical support to Production and Maintenance teams
  • Manage the lubrication excellence program
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in application of best-practice reliability-focused maintenance methodologies, technologies, and best practices in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Skilled in using and teaching others to use reliability methodologies such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and statistical downtime analysis
  • Demonstrated successful implementation of effective reliability and maintenance improvements associated with practice changes, equipment redesign, upgrades, and replacements
  • Self-starter with ability to deliver results while managing multiple tasks and adjusting within rapidly changing environment
  • Experience with design, engineering, and specification of systems, assets, and projects
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CMMS
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
  • Certification(s) in Predictive Maintenance Technologies
  • 7+ years in Manufacturing and an established reliability culture
