Compensation and Benefits

A highly competitive compensation package is offered, including a guaranteed starting salary of $535K-$555K, with an annual incentive bonus of $50K. Additionally, a proven annual income of up to $605,500 is possible. The compensation structure includes salary and annual incentives, with examples of benefits including:

  • Benefit adjustment: $13,570
  • Supplemented CME: $6,000
  • Cell phone allowance: $960
  • Pension plan: Employer contribution of $46,457 annually, with no payroll deduction
  • Up to $40,000 annually for incentivized clinical income
  • Unused sick days paid out
  • End-of-year productivity bonus
  • Additional pay for call
  • $15,000 sign-on and relocation bonus

The comprehensive benefits package includes 29 days of PTO and 14 days of CME, as well as a full benefits package, including a retirement plan with a 10% employer contribution and vested rights from the start.

Responsibilities and Facility Details

The Anesthesiology department at our academic hospital is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with 8 fellow-trained anesthesiologists, 15 CRNAs, and 33 residents. The department offers a full spectrum of case-mix, with pre- and post-call day off, and a 1:6 call rotation.

We welcome both new graduates and experienced providers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have Anesthesiology board certification and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
