Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at SR COMPANIES LLC. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing common areas and resident rooms.
  • Follow established schedules for deep cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Clean and maintain administrative offices and other areas as assigned.
  • Ensure a dignified and caring atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests for assistance.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment, reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Participate in team efforts to achieve work assignments and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
