Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our team at Karen Ann Quinlan Memorial Fdn. As a Per Diem RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and families in need of hospice services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and psychosocial needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management, symptom control, and end-of-life care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing; BSN preferred
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey; licensure in Pennsylvania if practicing in PA
  • Minimum one year of adult, pediatric, or medical/surgical clinical experience
  • Prior home care or hospice experience preferred
