Elite Security Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Elite Armed Security Officer to join our team at Allied Universal. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch security services to our clients, ensuring the safety and security of people and property.
Responsibilities:- Conduct armed and/or unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols (interior and/or exterior) to ensure the security of our clients' properties.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems to detect and respond to potential security threats.
- Compose reports on incidents and security breaches, and provide recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders.
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
- Preserve order and act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess, or be able to obtain, any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing and permit requirements for Armed Security Officers and specific protective device and weapons qualifications.
- Minimum of three (3) years of civilian law enforcement or military experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age, or higher if required by the state.
- Maintains proficiency in the use of all assigned protective equipment, restraint devices, and weapons.
- Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
- Enrollment in our company's 401(k) plan, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Seven holidays annually paid at time and a half, if worked.
- 40 hours of vacation after one year of employment at eligible work assignments.
