About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at BestLogic Staffing. As an electrical services company, we specialize in providing top-notch construction management services to clients across various industries.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an electrical services company with at least 3-5 years in project management. Prior field experience is a must, with a focus on electrical construction. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Administration: Oversee the administration of multiple electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Purchasing and Contract Management: Manage all project phases from bidding to final completion, coordinate purchasing, contract administration, and resource management for each project.
  • Scheduling and Estimating: Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely project completion and provide accurate project estimates and cost analysis to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with safety standards and regulations, implement and maintain safety protocols across all project sites.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an electrical services company with at least 3-5 years in project management.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Journeyman Electrician License (MA/NH) is required; Master Electrician License is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Office) and project management software, strong written and oral communication skills, excellent attention to detail, particularly with project budgeting, ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts at any given time.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 based on industry standards and location. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
