Job OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a weekend shift. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and residents by delivering exceptional nursing services and maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents
- Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants
- Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations
- Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility
- Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence
- Current/active CPR Certification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
