- Address and correct health, safety, and environmental concerns, and report any safety and maintenance issues as needed.
- Ensure clinical and behavioral support objectives and goals are implemented and documented.
- Financial Management
- Monitor budgets and finances for the individuals we serve.
- Collect and report management information to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of operations.
- Administrative Tasks
- Monitor employee schedules, Teletime reports, and Punch Correction sheets.
- Implement fiscal processes and loss control programs to ensure the appropriate allocation of financial resources.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities or related disorders is preferred.
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
